В Хельсинки проходит фестиваль уличной еды. На конференции TALKS (Разговоры) приглашает в пятницу 21 марта 500 уличных гурманов в Helsinki Exhibition & Convention Centre (Выставочный и переговорный центр), а фестиваль Eats (Еда) в Tori Quarters сможет угостить до 10 тысяч желающих в субботу 22 марта. А Parties ("Вечеринки") соберут в  the Abattoir's Kellohalli  сотни любителей поесть ,выпить и послушать  музыку. Часть фестиваля  Parties ("Вечеринки"). Уличная еда а-ля Мишлен: самуна и рэп. Ночное празднование кардинальных нововведений в системе уличной еды во время фестиваля уличной еды Streat Helsinki Parties в ресторане the Abattoir's Kellohali начнется в 6 вечера и завершится в 2 по полуночи. Вечером разнообразные угощения подадут шеф-повара и промоутеры Сасу Лаукконен и Ричард Маккормик, они устроят и  зажигательную вечеринку в ресторане Kellohalli, расположенном в гастрономическом центре Abattoir. Они вместе подготовили международное фестивальное меню, но с финским акцентом. В него вошли:  гамбургеры из оленей, горох гуакамоле, токтадос, арктический голец, брусника, кетчуп и ягоды и мороженое. Уличный фестиваль еды проходит в центре Хельсинки в Tori Quarters с 11 утра до 19.00 вечера в субботу 22 марта. Фестиваль Eats( Еда)собрал  40 финских и иностранных кухонь в одном месте и все желающие могут попробовать разнообразные угощения в рамках фестиваля уличной еды. Фестивальная площадка открыта для всех и вход свободный.  Днем ожидают до 10 тысяч гостей. Нынешнее похолодание в Хельсинки не будет препятствовать улице шеф-поваров.   На Tori Quarters будут заманчивые запахи. Меню включает в себя много разновидностей гамбургеров и из свинины, устрицы, голубцы, карпаччо, хот-доги, лосось кружки, шайтан-кебаб, falafels, сырья, торты, кесадилья, лепешки, тако, кексы, fish & chips, и карри. Разумные цены в диапазоне от 2 до 10 евро, позволяя участникам попробовать не одно , а несколько блюд. Часть фестиваля  Talks ("Разговоры") Фестиваль, проводимый 21-22 марта, закладывает прочные основы для будущих мероприятий в рамках популярной выставки Gastro Fair в the HelsinkiExhibition and Convention Centre. On Friday night 21st March, the PARTIES gathers hundreds of enthusiasts to the Abattoir's Kellohalli with promises of food, drinks and music.  Streat Helsinki PARTIES: Street food à la Michelin, sauna and rap  The nighttime celebration of the street food revolution, Streat Helsinki PARTIES, is organised on Friday 21 March at 6pm-2am at the Abattoir's Kellohali restaurant. The evening's tasty dishes are taken care of by recently Michelin-crowned Sasu Laukkonen and Richard McCormick, head of Sandro, deemed one of the city's best restaurants. They will put together an international street food menu with a Finnish touch: expect at least reindeer burgers, pea guacamole, tostadas with Arctic char, lingonberry ketchup and juniper berry ice cream.  As for music, the party crowd is entertained by one of the brightest stars of Finnish hip hop, Gracias, along with DJ's Otto Talvio and Katerina. The patio has an outdoor sauna and the street style DIY cocktails can be picked up at the Streat Cocktail Bar. The PARTIES ticket includes the programme and the street food menu. Tickets including handling fees are priced from 38 ? at Tiketti.  Streat Helsinki EATS: Close to 40 hot street kitchens, sleet or shine  The street food festival Streat Helsinki EATS is organised in the Tori Quarters in the centre of Helsinki on Saturday 22 March at 11am-7pm. EATS calls together almost 40 Finnish and international street kitchens to a compact festival area, offering the audience a unique possibility to have a taste of what kind of street food is cooked on the spot. The festival area is open for all and free of charge. The day is expected to draw 10 000 visitors.  The current cold spell in Helsinki will not discourage street chefs. The Tori Quarters will be alive with alluring scents.
